So here it is, I had been planning on doing this for some time…
The off season and the summer is an ideal time to work on your weaknesses or add something new to your game ready for the new season.
With this in mind I figured now is the perfect time to launch the site. I have a number of players that I have helped over the years that are back for the summer, as well as current players I am currently helping. This off-season we are maximising their workouts and making sure we can add something to their game.
This site isn't a place for me to say this is how you should do this and should do that, it’s simply a platform for me and others I work with to provide and share our tips for training and methods that can help improve your game and your workouts.
As coaches we are always looking for our players to have that competitive edge, and we want them to achieve it today not tomorrow! This is why when players are home for the summer (whether they’re players at the collegiate level or pro’s) they always seek me and my staff out for workouts.
This website is just a way for me and my team of coaches to share what we do with the rest of the world and to hopefully help give you that same competitive edge. Whether it’s ways to improve your shot, ball handling, finishing around the basket, conditioning or strengthening of your body, or even the way you approach and prepare for the game. All of these are areas we cover on a regular basis with our players and want to share with you so that you can always work on improving as a player.
